After finishing my master thesis on the topic &#8220;Theoretical Investigations of Two-dimensional Topological Insulators Based on Group IV Elements&#8221;, I started pursuing my Ph.D. on\u00a0<span class=\"\">Ab initio<\/span>\u00a0theory of novel 2D materials in Biplab&#8217;s group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">My study interest is mainly on magnetic and optical properties of materials.
